Israel Serna has collaborated with Lee Stanton to assemble a collection of vintage and artisan items curated from various regions of Mexico.
The collection, part of an evolving boutique known as h.e.m. casa (Hecho en Mexico), will also include modern items that highlight techniques that date back to pre-historic times in Mexico, yet balance tradition with a current aesthetic for comtemporary living environments.
Israel is focusing on unique items for interior designers and design enthusiasts who appreciate craftsmanship and feel the responsibility to support artisans and their crafts. He takes pride in bringing the rich history of Mexico, it’s people to discerning homes throughout the world and finds a special connection with individuals who appreciate good design, likes to travel, and curate their homes mixing vintage and unique modern artistic items from other cultures.
Come explore and get to know the story behind every item at h.e.m. casa located at Lee Stanton in the heart of the La Cienega Design Quarter.
